No access to the app? Request deletion here
Enter the email address of your account. If an account exists, we email you a link that works for 1 hour. Opening the link and confirming deletes the account right away.
You can also write to jason@peopleperson.me from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We finish within 30 days.
What is deleted
Right away, from our live database:
- Your account: email address, password hash and sign-in details
- Every contact you saved: names, phone numbers, emails, social handles, birthdays, photos, tags and notes
- Meeting notes, voice transcripts, AI summaries and reminders
- Promises and follow-ups
- Your profile card, your share links and what friends submitted through them
- Settings, push notification subscriptions, feedback you sent and activity records linked to your account
What we keep, and for how long
- Backups: copies of the database made before you deleted stay in backup storage until they expire, at most 30 days. They are only used to recover from a disaster.
- Contact cards other People Person users saved about you live in their own accounts and are theirs to keep or remove. Email us if you want something specific removed.
- Nothing else. We keep no copy for marketing, analytics or any other purpose. Audio recordings and business-card photos are never kept after processing.
Third parties
Audio, images and text you sent for AI processing went to Google's Gemini API when you used those features. We do not keep them, and Google handles them under its API terms.
